Luxury and spotlessly clean place to stay in, it has fabulously helpful and very amiable staff with excellent service from all staff. This hotel includes a lobby bar, where I tried ice cream and nibbles. When I am in Cancun, I like staying here.

There is bad smell in some places.

Very windy area.

The location is great and stunning, 2 miles from Tortuga Beach. It offers huge and quiet rooms with a balcony and very comfy bed, as for instance.

The rooms with a balcony and a great view of the sunset, for example. Fresh breakfast option with an omelet from Mercedes and also eggs/omelettes. Efficient and nice location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from an art gallery.

Bad smell in the room.

The location was stunning, for example, Daddy'o was not too far away from the hotel. And the area was downtown, right by shopping mall, souvenir shops and bus stop, close to downtown shopping and the outside sitting areas and outdoor restaurants. I greatly enjoyed my huge and quiet room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great. The food was excellent with easy restaurant access.

It can get quite loud on some evenings when there are theme nights and the room is right upstairs. Also the air conditioning is rather loud.but it doesn't always have to run;)

The location is perfect, right on the best beach in Cancun with calm waters and white sand. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly, especially Eduardo at the front desk. The service is top-notch, with room service breakfast that was absolutely delicious. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. I also loved the variety of dining options available, with no reservations needed. this place provided exceptional customer service and enhanced comfort during my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a nice size and well-kept room complete with large windows to let in the sunlight and an awesome view, as for instance. The location couldn't be more ideal in a lagoon.

The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary! The venue has huge rooms and incredibly polite and attentive staff with excellent service from all staff.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with a 5-minute walk to Coco Bongo mall and other nearby attractions. The beach is beautiful, with calm waters for swimming and gradually deepening as you walk in. The staff provides exceptional service, with Cesar providing excellent dinner service and Alberto offering prompt and polite service in the morning at the World Cafe. The rooms have ocean views and are clean, with a stocked refrigerator of drinks. The breakfast buffet is good, with an omelette station and attentive servers like Arturro.

The selection of food at the hotel could be improved.
